Is Mission Pro free?
There is a free plan that covers the core features. Paid plans (Personal, Pro and Business) raise the limits on groups and members and add features such as GeoTIFF import, 24-hour tracking, object detection and cloud backup. See the plans.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Download maps for offline use and switch the communication mode to a local network or VPN, and devices share positions directly. Features that need the server, such as invite links and 24-hour tracking, need a connection.
How is my data protected?
By default your location is stored on your device. It reaches a group only when you broadcast it. Connections to the Mission Pro server are encrypted in transit, and on a local network devices that share an encryption key exchange encrypted data. Local exports need a four-digit PIN and cloud backups are encrypted. Read the privacy policy.
Can I control what each member sees?
Owners decide who appears on the map, who can add objects and whether teams see only their own members. These rules shape what members' apps show. They help a team coordinate and are not a security boundary, so keep anything that must stay secret off the shared map.
Can I connect my own GPS trackers?
Yes. A tracker linked by its IMEI number appears in your group like a member, with battery and charging status. Contact us if you manage a fleet.
