Join with a code, QR code or link

Join a group with the six-character code, by scanning a QR code or from an invite link.

Before you start

An invite from the group owner

Get the invite#

Ask the group owner for the six-character code, a QR code or an invite link.

Open the join screen#

Tap Team, then the menu at the top right, then Join new group.

Enter the code or scan the QR code#

Type the six characters. The app joins as soon as you enter the sixth. To scan instead, tap the QR icon and point the camera at the code (Scan QR code).

Tip

Mission Pro asks for the camera only when you scan.

Or open the link#

If you received a link, open it on your phone. Mission Pro asks you to confirm, then joins the group.

Answer an Observe group#

In an Observe group you stay hidden until you agree. When asked Show your location?, tap Show my location or Stay hidden.
